If our team are speaking with other patients when you call, you are welcome to leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We have an option to record a message and have your call returned either by the next available Telenurse or at a time more suitable to you. We’ll ensure every effort is made to respond to your calls and emails within one business day of your request during our hours of operation.
